Giovannelli e Associati with Entangled on the acquisition of Luxenia and Sicatef

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Entangled Capital on the acquisition by Alphial, a portfolio company of the fund and invested by Capital Dynamics, of Luxenia Umbro Tiberina and Sicatef.

Both acquired companies specialize in the production and marketing of tubular glass vials for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, with plants in Treviglio (BG) and Perugia.

Following the establishment of Alphial group stemming from the merger of SM Pack and Crestani, the new acquisitions create the major European manufacturer of glass vials and ampoules for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Entangled Capital in all legal aspects of the transaction, with a team led by partner Nicoletta Carapella, assisted by senior associate Laura Bernardi and associate Ilaria Meda for corporate aspects and by associate Santi Marco Calabrò for labor law aspects.
