Giovannelli e Associati with Harcos Capital Partners S.r.l. on the first add-on to the Polo Bullonerie e Viterie Speciali

Harcos Capital Partners S.r.l., through its parent company HCP Fastener Holding S.r.l., acquired 100% of the corporate share capital of Dell’Era Ermanno e Figlio S.r.l., a company operating in the production of special fasteners.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Harcos Capital Partners S.r.l. on all legal aspects of the transaction with a team led by partner Matteo Colombari assisted by senior associate Giulia Contestabile and associates Filippo Camerada and Edoardo Pietricola for the corporate aspects and by senior associate Gaetano Petroni and associate Rosa Maria Moschella for the financing aspects of the transaction.
