D-Orbit S.p.A, the Italian scale-up specialized in space logistics and other services, closed the first portion of its Series C round for approximately Euro 100 million, while the remaining portion, still ongoing, will close in the first months of 2024 with the entry of new investors.
Giovannelli e Associati, jointly with the Portuguese firm Gama Glória, advised the Portuguese venture capital fund Iberis Semper on its investment in D-Orbit S.p.A. Completion of the investment by Iberis Semper remains subject to certain conditions precedent.
The Giovannelli e Associati team is led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and included senior associate Paola Pagani. Gama Glória acted with a team comprising partner André Glória and associate Sofia Lixa.
