Giovannelli e Associati with IYO on the opening of a location in Costa Smeralda

Castello SGR, management company of GEM Fund, opened a location of the renowned Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant IYO in Poltu Quatu (Sardinia – Costa Smeralda).

This transaction is part of a broader project to develop the mixed-use real estate sector in the exclusive tourist destination of Poltu Quatu.
