The Swedish MotionTech Group, controlled by Systematic Growth, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Unitech S.r.l., a company active since 1995 in the end-of-line packaging sector. Unitech specializes in the production of wrapping machines, strapping machines, and pallet handling systems, and is a global leader in the manufacture of rewinding and pre-stretching machines.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted MotionTech with a team led by partner Matteo Colombari assisted by associates Filippo Camerada, Carlo Guida, Edoardo Pietricola and Camilla Caliterna for corporate matters, and associate Santi Marco Calabrò for labor law matters.
