Giovannelli e Associati with Argos Wityu on the acquisition of Axitea from Stirling Square Capital Partners

The paneuropean private equity group Argos Wityu acquired from Stirling Square Capital Partners the entire share capital of Axitea, leading Italian player in digital surveillance and security services for corporate clients.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Argos Wityu with a team led by Alessandro Giovannelli assisted by Matteo Bruni and Alessandra Gritti for corporate and contractual aspects, and Valerio Fontanesi, Gaetano Petroni, Massimo Giordano and Rosa Maria Moschella for the aspects relating to the unitranche financing structured through a bond loan subscribed by funds managed by BNP Paribas Asset Management Europe and the revolving loan provided by BNL BNP Paribas.
