Giovannelli e Associati with Nextalia on the launch of Nextalia Private Equity II

Giovannelli e Associati, with a team including Giovanni Meschia, Rodolfo Margaria, Marcella Gigante, Antonio Bernardi and Vittorio Dullia, assisted Nextalia on the structuring and marketing of its new fund, Nextalia Private Equity II, which held its first closing at over 1.1 billion euros.

The fund will continue to pursue the investment strategy of the previous fund Nextalia Private Equity, investing primarily in majority stakes in Italian companies with high growth potential that are part of strategic supply chains, thereby enabling the best of “Made in Italy” to strengthen its position and compete on an international scale.
