07/08/2026Giovannelli e Associati on the sale of the Numantec Group to Goldman Sachs Asset Management International
Goldman Sachs Asset Management International entered into a binding agreement to acquire Numantec, a global leader in the development, manufacture and distribution of medical infusion devices.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the usual regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.
Giovannelli e Associati advised Delta Med S.p.A.’s shareholders, parent company of Numantec, with a team led by partner Matteo Delucchi, assisted by partner Andrea Mossa and associate Federico Simone Coscia.
