Giovannelli e Associati with P101 on the investment round in TeiaCare

P101 SGR, an Italian leading venture capital firm with an international focus, invested €5 million in TeiaCare, leading a round of a total of €7 million. In addition to several long-standing partners, two new investors specializing in the healthcare sector—the Spanish family offices Namarel and Inderhabs—also participated in the transaction.

TeiaCare is a leader in Italy in the development of care monitoring solutions for residential social and healthcare facilities.
