Giovannelli e Associati with QCP Quantum Capital Partners on the acquisition of Arexons from PETRONAS Lubricants Italy

QCP Quantum Capital Partners (QCP) – a German fund manager, which successfully launched its third fund Quantum QCP Opportunity Fund III GmbH & Co. KG (QCP) in August 2024 – completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Arexons S.p.A., a leading player in the car care and maintenance sector, from PETRONAS Lubricants Italy S.p.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of PETRONAS Lubricants International.
