Giovannelli e Associati with Assist Digital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Hyntelo S.r.l.

Assist Digital, a company specializing in customer experience, data and digital transformation and controlled by private equity fund Ardian, acquired a majority stake in Hyntelo S.r.l., a leading technology company in the use of data science and artificial intelligence solutions to improve decision-making processes.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Assist Digital on all the M&A aspects of the transaction with a team led by the partner Alessandra Pieretti and composed of the associate Fiammetta Valenti and, for the labor law aspects, the associate Marco Santi Calabrò.
