Giovannelli e Associati with Reevo S.p.A. on the acquisition of Itnet S.r.l.

Reevo S.p.A., European leading provider of integrated cloud & cyber security services, has completed the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of Itnet S.r.l., leading provider of cloud, data centre and networking managed services.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Reevo S.p.A. with a team led by partner Matteo Delucchi and composed by senior associate Giulia Sannino and trainees Giorgia Palmas and Alessio Buontempo for all contractual and corporate aspects of the transaction, as well as partner Valerio Fontanesi, senior associate Gaetano Petroni and associate Massimo Giordano for financing aspects.
