Giovannelli e Associati assisted Taste of Italy on the investment of EC I, a fund managed by Entangled Capital SGR., in the share capital of Turatti S.r.l.
EC I acquired a participation of approximately 30% from the Turatti’s family.
Taste of Italy is a Private Equity fund specialised in the agri-food sector and managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR S.p.A.
Turatti S.r.l., a portfolio company of Taste of Italy since December 2019, is a company operating in the production and sale of food processing systems, delivering innovative solutions to serve the fresh-cut and ready meals industries, in addition to the preserved, frozen and dehydrated ones.
Giovannelli e Associati team was led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti Angeli and included associates Paola Cairoli and Francesca di Lorenzo in relation to the co-investment agreements with EC I, and by partner Michele Mocarelli assisted by associate Maria Costa for the financing aspects.
