Giovannelli e Associati with Venator Italy in the sale of the company to Nuova Solmine S.p.A.

Venator Italy sold its titanium dioxide production business, including the industrial plant located in Scarlino (GR), to Nuova Solmine S.p.A. (Solmar Group), Italy’s leading producer and marketer of sulphuric acid and oleum, acting through its subsidiary SOL.TIOX. S.r.l.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Venator Italy in all legal aspects with a team composed of Alessandro Giovannelli and Matteo Bruni for corporate and contractual aspects, Paolo Bertolini and Najwa Hamidallah for regulatory aspects and Andrea Scarpellini and Santi Marco Calabrò for labour law aspects.
