Taste of Italy 2, an Italian fund specializing in the food & beverage sector managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR, has finalized the transaction for the acquisition of a majority stake in International Food, a company specializing in the production of soy, almond, coconut, oat and whole grain milk whole grains, with some 50 years of experience, owned by the Gallo family.
Giovannelli e Associati advised DeA Capital Alternative Funds with a team led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti and included senior associate Paola Cairoli and associates Claudio Asciolla and Carlo Guida for corporate matters and of counsel Giuseppe Matarazzo for labor law aspects.
