We are happy to share that Nicoletta Carapella joined Giovannelli e Associati as new partner in our corporate and M&A practice. Together with Nicoletta, we welcome her team, composed of Laura Bernardi, senior associate, and Claudia Raimondi, associate.
Dual-qualified in Italy and New York, Nicoletta gained significant experience in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on M&A and private equity transactions.
With this new hiring, Giovannelli e Associati has now 14 partners and some 40 fee earners.
