Giovannelli e Associati advised and represented Provinco Italia, belonging to the Italian Wine Brands group listed at AIM Italia which produces and distributes wines internationally, in the entire procedure before the Italian Tax Authorities aimed at obtaining the Patent Box tax benefit for trademarks for the financial years 2015-2019.
