Techbau, Vertex and Stoneweg (as investors) and Banca di Asti (as financing bank) have worked for the structuring and realization of a complex and innovative transaction, through a securitization vehicle set up and operating in accordance with Law 130/1999. This is a great industrial important transaction, as it will support the implementation of the first Great Urban Function of the Municipality of Milan in the Rubattino area, and represents one of the first cases of bank financing granted directly to a securitization vehicle.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted Techbau, wchich was the industrial and financial sponsor of the project. Giovannelli e Associati team was led by partner Michele Mocarelli and included the associates Tania Maria Valle and Maria Costa.
