Giovannelli e associati with Azimut Libera Impresa Sgr on the acquisition of a majority stake in CBG Acciai

Azimut Libera Impresa Sgr, on behalf of the private equity funds Azimut Demos 1 and Az ELTIF – Ophelia, has signed, together with the Luxembourg investment group HLD Group, which invests in a minority, a binding agreement for the purchase of 80% of CBG Acciai from Xenon Private Equity VII.
