Giovannelli e Associati advised the managers and the shareholders of Assist Digital in the sale to Ardian of a stake of approximately 60% of the share capital of Assist Digital.
Assist Digital is a fast-growing international company providing end-to-end customer experience services. The company is a leader in digital services and CRM technology with a network of 20 offices located across Europe, including Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain and the Netherlands.
Progressio SGR, which invested in Assist Digital through Progressio Investimenti Fund III, will divest its minority stake while the management team and the other shareholders of Assist Digital will significantly alongside the new partner Ardian, maintaining a stake of about 40%. BNL/Bnp Paribas, minority shareholder alongside Progressio, will also reinvest in Assist Digital.
The team of Giovannelli e Associati that advised the managers and the other shareholders of Assist Digital was led by the partner Alessandra Pieretti and composed by the associate Marta Cubisino and the trainee Claudio Asciolla.
