Ardian and NB Renaissance have announced the finalization of their joint acquisition, on an equal basis, of a majority stake in the share capital of Neopharmed Gentili, a company formerly controlled by Ardian and in which the Mediolanum Farmaceutici Group held a minority stake. The transaction was announced in November.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Ardian with a team led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and consisting of senior associate Paola Pagani and associates Lilia Montella, Matteo Bruni and Filippo Noci.
