Giovannelli e Associati assisted Delmar International Inc, a leading Canadian group in logistics and supply chain solutions, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Alisped S.p.A., historical Italian company owned by the Cerretelli family that specializes in air and sea freight forwarding, import-export and express courier services, and road transport.
