BlackSheep MadTech Fund, first European vertical fund specializing in investments in digital technologies applied to the digital marketing and advertising sectors, managed by EUREKA! Venture SGR, the exit from Roibox SIA, a Latvian platform that leverages geographic data and AI to boost marketing bells results, selling its shareholding to Jakala Group, a portfolio company of the Ardian fund.
