Giovannelli e Associati with Ardian in strengthening its commitment in Dedalus

A consortium led by Ardian, a leading global investment firm, has completed the deal to acquire an additional stake representing about 19% in Dedalus, leading European healthcare software company, from founder Giorgio Moretti and his minority investor Three Hills Capital Partners.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Ardian on the legal aspects related to the agreements with Health Holding Company and the founder with a team led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and composed by senior associates Paola Cairoli and Paola Pagani and associates Carlo Guida, Ilaria Meda and Marika Gentile. 

Dedalus was assisted by an in-house legal team led by group general counsel Giovanni Cucchiarato and deputy group general counsel Maria Chiara Argenton and composed by legal counsel Simona Taddei and Federica Cazzetta.
