Giovannelli e Associati with The Techshop on completing the fund raising of its Techshop I fund

The Techshop SGR completed the fundraising of its Techshop I fund, launching a third co-investment subfund called Digital Transition and exceeding its initial fundraising target of 50 million.

Techshop I is a pre-seed and seed fund dedicated to Italian startups in B2B software, with a particular focus in SaaS (Software as a Service) and particularly in technologies that can improve business processes.

Techshop I’s investors include banking foundations and entrepreneurs, consultants and business leaders in the field of telecommunications, finance and industry, as well as CDP Venture Capital SGR, acting as anchor investor of the fund, which have invested in the fund the resources of its FoF VenturItaly and Fondo Italia Venture II funds as well as certain PNRR resources earmarked for digital transition.

Giovannelli e Associati, with a team composed by Giovanni Meschia, Rodolfo Margaria and Antonio Bernardi, assisted The Techshop SGR since its authorization to operate as an Italian licensed fund manager, thus supporting it in the initial structuring of the fund and the three subfunds that compose it, and throughout the entire fundraising activities.
