Giovannelli e Associati assisted members of the Roda family on the signing of a binding agreement for the sale of the entire share capital of Trafilerie San Paolo to Acciaierie Venete, a leading steel drawing company.

Trafilerie San Paolo is a company which, in addition to supplying a high quality raw material, is committed to working with the customer to find solutions aimed at improving cold plastic deformation technologies and to the development of new products.
