Giovannelli e Associati on the issue of Genenta Science’s Convertible Bond

Giovannelli e Associati advised Genenta Science, a Nasdaq-listed Italian biotech specializing in immuno-oncology and cell and gene therapies, on the  the issuance of a €20 million mandatory convertible bond underwritten by Fondazione ENEA Tech and Biomedical, a foundation that manages, on behalf of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, the Technology Transfer Fund and the Biomedical Research and Industrial Development Fund.
