Bridge Investments II, a private equity fund focused on Italian excellence, acquired, through its subsidiary Tenuta Ulisse S.r.l., the entire share capital of Cirelli La Collina Biologica S.r.l., a winery located in Abruzzo renowned for its organic wine production and innovative approach to sustainable wine tourism.
