Primo Capital SGR S.p.A. and the Managers of Lambda S.p.A. sold a majority stake in the company to Röko.
Lambda, a company operating in 30 countries, designs and manufactures erbium and diode lasers for the dental, veterinary, and art restoration sectors.
Röko is a Swedish company that makes long-term investments in small and medium-sized European companies operating in various sectors.
Primo Capital SGR and the company’s management were assisted by Giovannelli e Associati, with a team composed of Alessandro Giovannelli, Matteo Bruni, and Eugenia Arrigoni.
