Valyrian Enterprise Solutions S.r.l., a company operating in the design, development and marketing of highly innovative technological solutions and services and, since its foundation, backed by the Milan‑based investment holding company VERTEQ, sale its entire share capital to Lutech S.p.A., an Italian group active in the IT services and digital transformation sector.
