Lexroom.ai, a leading Italian startup specializing in artificial intelligence applied to the legal sector, announced the closing of a $50 million round led by New York based venture capital firm Left Lane Capital.
In addition to Left Lane Capital, also Eurazeo participated to the investment, which received also the confirmation of support from existing investors such as Base10 Partners, Entourage, Verve Ventures, and View Different of Diego Piacentini.
Giovannelli e Associati acted as deal counsel and assisted Lexroom and its founders with respect to the structuring of the transaction and all corporate matters with a team led by partner Matteo Colombari and composed of counsel Giulia Contestabile, associate Filippo Camerada and trainees Camilla Caliterna and Francesca Vinci. Foreign Direct Investment and administrative profiles have been curated by Partner Paolo Bertolini and associate Najwa Hamidallah.
