Giovannelli e Associati with DeA Capital on the sale of the entire share capital of DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR to Green Arrow Capital

Algorithmiq raised €18 million in a round led by United Ventures, including also Inventure VC. The round brings Algorithmiq’s total funding to €36 million and represents the largest venture capital investment ever made in Italy in a quantum startup.
Algorithmiq is a quantum software company focused on the development and industrialization of algorithmic tools that can transform the practical application of quantum computers. The group operates throughout Europe, including in the markets of Italy, Finland, the United Kingdom and Ireland, and has chosen Milan as its global headquarters.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted United Ventures SGR S.p.A. with a team comprising partner Andrea Mossa and associates Alessio Buontempo and Federico Simone Coscia for corporate aspects of the transaction and partner Giorgio Vaselli and associate Lorenzo Mazzocconi on tax matters.
