Giovannelli e Associati with United Ventures SGR on the investment round in Beelzebub

Beelzebub S.r.l., an Italian cybersecurity startup that develops an integrated ecosystem of AI-based solutions which can continuously simulate real-world attacks, detecting intrusions, and reconstructing incidents at machine speed, closed a €3 million seed round.

The transaction was led by United Ventures SGR S.p.A. through its EuVECA fund “United Ventures 3.”

Giovannelli e Associati advised United Ventures SGR S.p.A. with a team including partner Andrea Mossa and associate Federico Simone Coscia.
