Giovannelli e Associati advised Genenta Science on a new round of financing of about Euro 13 million.
Genenta Science is a biotechnology company operating in the development of hematopoietic stem cell gene therapies for cancer which was founded in 2014 by Pierluigi Paracchi, by Ospedale San Raffaele (OSR) and by two physician-scientists, prof. Luigi Naldini and Bernhard Gentner.
This is the third round of the company which has reached a total amount of Euro 30,2 million since its incorporation.
The team of Giovannelli e Associati was led by partners Alessandra Pieretti and Gianvittorio Giroletti and comprised associates Lilia Montella e Alberto Corolla.
