Giovannelli e Associati assisted Impact Ventures, Opes-LCEF and MPA Education in their investment in Life Based Value

Giovannelli e Associati advised Impact Ventures Private Equity Fund I (fund managed by the Hungarian venture capital player Impact Ventures), OPES-LCEF (an Italian social impact fund) and MPA Education Limited (English investment company in the ed tech field) in their joint social impact investment in the tech company Life Based Value S.r.l., an Italian start-up founded in 2015.

Life Based Value’s social aim and business consists in helping people in developing soft skills from parenthood.
