Pan-European private equity fund Argos Wityu completed the sale of the entire share capital of the Fulgard Group (Sicura) to private equity midcap fund Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners).
The Fulgard Group is a leading Italian provider of services, products and integrated systems for the management of safety, environment, quality and health in the workplace.
The team of Giovannelli e Associati was led by Alessandro Giovannelli and composed by Lilia Montella, Alessandra Gritti e Laura Giugiario for corporate aspects and Santi Marco Calabrò for the labour law aspect.
