Giovannelli e Associati with Dedalus on sale of its subsidiaries Isoft Nederland and Expertdoc

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Dedalus, a company specializing in hospital and diagnostic software, in finalizing the sale of its Dutch subsidiaries, Isoft Nederland and Expertdoc, to the Total Specific Solutions (Tss) group.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Dedalus on all legal aspects of the transaction with a team led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and composed by senior associate Serena Germani and associate Ilaria Meda.

Dedalus was assisted on the legal aspects related to the negotiation of the agreements by Deputy Group General Counsel Maria Chiara Argenton with Group Senior Legal Counsel Federica Cazzetta of the in-house legal team led by Group General Counsel Giovanni Cucchiarato.
