Giovannelli e Associati with Axel Johnson International on the acquisition of a majority stake in Airsoft S.r.l.

Axel Johnson International, a Swedish multinational family-owned company operating globally, focused on acquisitions and the development of companies specializing in technical components and industrial solutions, acquired – through its industrial automation business group – a majority stake in Airsoft S.r.l., a Veneto based company specialised in automation and ergonomic handling solutions founded and led by the two entrepreneurs Stefano Coledan and Gianluca Schiavolin.
