14/11/2022IDeA Agro, a private equity fund dedicated to investments in agribusiness and agricultural development projects, managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR, has acquired a majority stake of Apicultura Vangelisti, a family business specializing in honey processing and marketing.
The Vangelisti family will maintain a minority stake alongside IDeA Agro.
The team of Giovanelli e Associati was led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti Angeli assisted by senior associate Paola Cairoli and associate Camilla Lanzafame for corporate aspects, and Of Counsel Giuseppe Matarazzo for labor law aspects.
