Novestar S.p.A., holding of a group of dental clinics founded by Chicco Reggiani in 2022 and active under the name “Dott. Luis”, has been sold to Dental Feel Group, a player in the dental clinic sector in Northern Italy.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted the shareholders of Novestar S.p.A. in all legal aspects of the transaction with a team led by partners Pasquale Marini and Francesco Peruffo and composed of associate Camilla Larcher.
