Giovannelli e Associati with Italgum Caramelle on the sale of the majority stake to Candy Factory

Italgum Caramelle, a company specializing in the production of gummy candies and jellies under its own brand and for third parties, sold the majority of its share capital to the Candy Factory group, promoted in 2022 by FVS and Clessidra Capital Credit through the integration of Italian confectionery companies Casa del Dolce and Liking.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted the selling shareholders and the CEO of Italgum in all legal matters with a team led by partner Ferrante Paveri Fontana, assisted by associate Azzurra Selvatico Estense.
