Giovannelli e Associati with La Triveneta Cavi on the sale of its share capital to Nexans

Nexans, a French company active in the design and production of cable systems and services in four main business areas Power Generation & Transmission, Distribution, Usage, and Industry & Solutions, announced that it has signed the agreements to acquire La Triveneta Cavi, which is a company based in Vicenza, and is a main player in the European market for low and medium voltage cable production.

The closing of the transaction is subject to legal approvals.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted the sellers of La Triveneta Cavi with a team led by Alessandro Giovannelli and composed by Lilia Montella, Matteo Bruni and Filippo Noci.
