Giovannelli e Associati assisted 360 Capital, an Italian-French venture capital firm, on a closing a post-seed round in favor of Voidless, a deep tech startup focused on solving the problem of overpackaging in the e-commerce sector.
This investment was made jointly by the asset management company CDP Venture Capital, through the Corporate Partners I Fund – Industry Tech segment.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted 360 Capital with a team led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti and composed by senior associate Paola Cairoli and associate Camilla Lanzafame for all contractual and corporate aspects of the transaction.
