Giovannelli e Associati with Saste Servizi Ecologici in the sale of share capital to Xenon FIDEC and Greenthesis

Xenon FIDEC, a private equity fund managed by Xenon AIFM S.A. specializing in the creation of investment platforms for companies operating in sectors driving decarbonization and the circular economy, and Greenthesis S.p.A., a leading national operator specializing in waste management, have completed the acquisition of Zanetti Arturo & C. S.r.l. and, through the latter, Saste Servizi Ecologici S.r.l., creating a leading group specializing in the collection, transport, treatment, disposal, and recovery of special, hazardous, and non-hazardous waste, with particular regard to infectious medical waste.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted the shareholders of Saste Servizi Ecologici with a team led by partner Michele Mocarelli, assisted by senior associate Francesca di Lorenzo and associates Giorgia Palmas and Benedetta Paccoia.
