Giovannelli e Associati with Specchiasol on the partnership with Farma-Derma

Giovannelli e Associati advised Specchiasol on the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with Farma-Derma, both Italian leaders in the market of dietary supplements, medical devices and cosmetics, with the aim to form the national champion in the development and marketing of Health-Care products with high medical value.
