Giovannelli e Associati with Nuo on the Investment Round in Argotec

Argotec Group, a company that designs, manufactures, and operates satellites in orbit, opened its capital to an external investor for the first time. The transaction involves a 50 million investment by NUO, an Italian investment holding company focused on the global growth of Italian companies.

Giovannelli e Associati advised Nuo on tax aspects of the investment structure, with a team led by partner Diego De Francesco and comprising counsel Elisa Resmini and associate Lorenzo Paliaga.
