Giovannelli e Associati with Safecto Group and Systematic Growth on the acquisition of G-Iron

Safecto is a European group of specialised product companies focused on safety-critical applications, created and controlled by Systematic Growth.

In January 2026, Safecto acquired G-Iron S.r.l., an Italian company specialised in the design and production of advanced extremely low frequency (ELF) magnetic shielding solutions. Headquartered in Arezzo, Tuscany, G-Iron brings over twenty years of expertise in ELF shielding and is recognised for the reliability and quality of its products.
