Giovannelli e Associati with the European Investment Fund in connection with its investment in DaVinci Growth Capital Fund

Giovannelli e Associati, with a team composed of Giovanni Meschia and Marcella Gigante, assisted European Investment Fund (EIF) in connection with its investment in the fund named “DaVinci Growth Capital” -managed by Alternative Capital Partners SGR S.p.A.- whose investment policy focuses on Italian companies active in the digital technology, industrial technology, and life science & health sectors, in the growth stage, with a solid financial profile and EBITDA ranging from 1 to 4 million euros.

The EIF’s investment in the aforementioned fund benefits from an allocation from the “European Scale-up Action for Risk Capital (ESCALAR),” a European Union initiative developed with the EIF to attract private capital by improving the risk/return profile typical of investments in growth funds.
