Giovannelli e Associati advised Space Capital Club on its investment in Adler Ortho S.p.A. This transaction represents the first invesment made by Space Capital Club, the private capital “club deal” investment platform sponsored by Space Holding. Adler Ortho S.p.A., controlled by the Cremascoli family, is a biomedical company active in the design and production of orthopedic prostheses and medical devices for complex surgical procedures.
