Giovannelli e Associati with Fondo Italiano d’Investimento on the investment in Trinità Srl

Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, on behalf of the closed-end securities FIA reserved for qualified investors called “Agri & Food – FIAF,” a private equity fund that aims to support excellence in the Italian agri-food chain, has entered into a binding agreement to enter the capital of Trinità Srl – Industria Salumi, an Italian company active in the production of cured meats with headquarters in Vallese di Oppeano (Verona) owned by the Verdelli Saccani, Sarzi Amadè and Mazzurega families.

The transaction is expected to close in the forthcoming months after obtaining the antitrust clearance.
